Your Account Executive
is a furniture expert that provides essential information throughout the design process. Account Executives serve as your primary contact providing guidance in making product decisions based on function, budget, quality, design and availability. They oversee delivery, negotiate the best prices with manufacturers, and find the most cost effective means to manage delivery and installation.

Your Sales Assistant
ensures that your specifications, product application, and final product order are correct. They process and expedite your purchase orders, review manufacturers acknowledgments, and provide status reports informing you of current delivery schedules.

Your Project Designer
helps you select and then specify furniture to work with an effective interior design.
Your Project Manager
is a product and installation expert that works in concert with the Account Executive, Project Designer, and the design firm. They are responsible for pre-checking the installation site, supervising the installation, conducting the post-installation walk-through, and obtaining your final approval.
Your Move Manager
is an expert in move management. Most requirements can be completely handled by our internal move management teams.

Your Delivery Team
We control delivery because we have our own trucks and warehouse. If an unexpected delay occurs, the storage capacity of the warehouse enables us to handle it easily. On-site problems are minimized because merchandise is examined at the warehouse before delivery. Deliveries are staged to get the most productivity during installation.

Your Installers
are trained to stage and install a wide variety of systems furniture. Our in-house staff are factory-trained in many leading manufacturers' products. GOI installation supervisors review the project site prior to delivery and work closely with GOI team's on-site foreman to make sure every detail is handled properly.
